You may have heard that work is well underway with proposed amendments to the existing AML/CFT regulations, aimed at addressing gaps and reducing unnecessary costs for businesses. The Ministry of Justice is responsible for implementing the changes, with some of the regulations set to come into force in July 2023 and others in June 2024.
