15 March 2023 is the end of the two-year transition period and is less than six eight months away. If you provide financial advice you must:

• Be engaged by a fully licensed financial advice provider (FAP) – either directly or via an authorised body.
• Have obtained the NZCFS (Level 5) Version 2 or recognised equivalent and any relevant specialist strands.
