Abstract
The guidance note provides a detailed account of changes to the CCCFA and Code that came into force between December 2021 and July 2022. The purpose of the guidance note is for frontline staff to understand what has changed, how it relates back to the legislation and Code and, most importantly, what they need to take into account when dealing with customers to ensure that they are abiding by the law and supporting best practice.
